  Esser service technician Marco did everything right: called ahead to give me his arrival time; arrived on time; was courteous, friendly and thorough. He took time to answer my questions. He suggested some things that should be done to improve the functioning of our equipment, but was not pushy about getting a commitment, and then followed up with a quote for our review.   This is a follow up to our review posted in November 2023 to confirm the excellent team at Esser AC has completed the removal of our old gas furnace and AC unit and installed our brand new efficient heat pump system.  Installation happened on time, on budget, and as promised.

We had the pleasure of working with Joshua Ulloa again.  On day 1, Josh and Eduardo and their team dismantled and removed our old gas furnace and AC unit.  These gentlemen are hard workers.
Polite, efficient, and respectful of our property, Josh and Eduardo had our new heat pump unit and blower installed by end of day.  Josh really improved our utility closet, adding a very nice sheet metal platform.  The programmable thermostat offered a bit of an installation challenge, but my wife so impressed with how Josh made some phone calls to not only identify the issue, but get it working perfectly.

On day 2, Josh and Eduardo were back to add insulation to our attic space.  This is not an easy job and these young men handled the job like the true professionals they are, completing the big job in a timely manner.  They also took the time to ensure all furniture was protected along with drop cloths on the floor and a good vacuum when finished along with a thorough sweep outside.

As Esser AC customers since 2021, my wife and I recommend and commend this company.  Big thank you to the team, and specifically, to Josh and Eduardo on this occasion.

We appreciate the excellent communication and the fact that all jobs have always been completed on time and so professionally.  The Esser Team will continue to be our choice for the semi annual maintenance for our new system.  With the house already feeling so much more comfortable, my wife and I are definitely looking forward to the much improved AC functionality and efficiency we will enjoy this summer.

  Thank you, Esser, for sending Zach out to perform my maintenance.  Zach was awesome in amny areas. He took the time to introduce himself, politely and professionally.  Then, he reviewed the systems, he took me through everything, no pressure in up selling on stuff, instead he really got me involved in the serving of the systems. He was patient, again professional!  When he left, he reviewed everything again and asked if I had any questions. Wow,superb service.
He didn't ask me to write a review,I just wanted to share my experience with Esser HVAC and service man Zach.
