In addition to our affordable Air Conditioning Service, Heating Sales & Service departments, we also want to encourage you to consider our maintenance agreements. An air conditioner or heater is like a car. It needs oil and servicing every 3-4 months to run efficiently. At Esser, we’ll provide you with a maintenance agreement to service your equipment at least twice a year, so your HVAC system maintains optimal performance. Please be sure to ask a Comfort Specialist or salesperson for our maintenance agreement so you can see all the points of service. Our fees are the lowest in the market, and our service is the best.

Tim
We are happy to introduce you to Tim Esser, the president of Esser Air Conditioning and Heating. Originally a Connecticut native, Tim moved to the Coachella Valley to pursue his dream of owning a business. Long hours and many sacrifices later, Tim orchestrates one of the valley’s largest AC and Heating companies. As if that wasn’t enough, he also started multiple nonprofit events, such as the Tour de Palm Springs and the Patriot Ride for our Heroes. With two successful attempts across the country by way of bicycle for charity, he is truly dedicated to the local community. Both events have donated over $1,000,000.00 to local charities. For the younger community members, Tim established the Roadrunner Mountain Bike Team for middle school and high school cross-country bikers. Again, his passion truly falls within serving the surrounding community. Father of three kids, Tim enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, hiking, and camping. You can also find him riding his bike around town and enjoying food from various local restaurants.
Michael
Michael Esser, our general manager, oversees most field operations. As a Coachella Valley native, he has been involved with the family business from a young age. Working his way up the ranks, Tim and Michael work together to continue growing and improving their family business. Michael is passionate about the reputation of his business and works hard to make sure his team is doing everything necessary to ensure the best possible service. Michael also enjoys being outdoors and spending time with his family.
Kat and Christina
Kat Esser(left), often referred to as the personality of Esser, can be found helping out in the office, particularly with customer service. She is also a local to the Coachella Valley and the youngest of the Esser Family. Kat enjoys playing soccer and spending time with family, including her overweight cat, Wally. Although Kat is still in school and not a full-time employee, when around, she is more than happy to provide optimal service to anyone calling in.
Christina Esser (right), is also a seasonal employee who can be found assisting in the customer service department. She is more than happy to help anyone in need when on staff. Christina also participates in the Tour de Palm Springs and even rode alongside Tim for charity on his ride across the country. When she’s not helping out with the family business, Christina is professionally singing opera in Los Angeles. She is also a music teacher with an interest in music theory. As a Graduate of UC Santa Barbara’s music department, her true passion is music.
